CA ALPESH SHAH
CA Alpesh Shah

CA Alpesh Shah (B. Com., FCA, DISA) is a 33-year-old chartered accountant who completed his CA course in 2013. He established his proprietorship concern, M/s A S Shah and Associates, in July 2013. Later, on December 14, 2015, he converted the proprietorship firm into a partnership firm.

Alpesh Shah gained valuable experience in corporate audits, internal audits, Direct and Indirect taxation, Project Finance and company law matters while working with Naresh Balwani & Associates and Prashant Karia & Associates during his articleship. He currently leads Ahmedabad offices of the firm.

Throughout his career, Alpesh Shah has pursued professional development by completing various certificate courses. He obtained a Certificate Course on Concurrent Auditor from ICAI in May 2018, a GST Certificate Course from ICAI in September 2020, an IBC Course from ICAI in January 2022, and an FAFD Course from ICAI in August 2022. Additionally, he is enrolled as a Social Auditor with ISAI. He has also completed the AI Course by ICAI.

CA Dinbandhu Somani (B. Com., FCA) is a 36-year-old chartered accountant who successfully completed his CA course in 2012, serving his articleship under Y.K. Baser and Co. Following his qualification, he became a partner at M/s K.G. Maheshwari and Co., Nathdwara.

Dinbandhu Somani assumed the role of a partner in the firm on December 14, 2015, and presently leads the Chittorgarh office. He possesses extensive expertise in various types of bank audits, taxation, and company law matters. In May 2018, he also completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Auditor conducted by ICAI.

CA Kushal Rathi is a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant from the May 2024 batch, known for his sharp analytical skills and a strong command over audit, finance, and AI-driven solutions. He completed his articleship at the reputed Manubhai & Shah LLP, where he gained in-depth practical exposure to:

In December 2024, he joined Somani Shah & Associates, further expanding his expertise in corporate advisory, audits, and compliance across sectors.
